I helped to organise a one-day retreat with Jack Kornfield in London some years ago. He filled the big Quaker meeting house in Euston and held them spellbound. He had, and has, a lot of good stuff to say.
I’ve downloaded quite a bit of Kornfield audio to listen to. He seems extremely sensible.
I haven’t listened to Jack’s stuff yet but maybe I should do. I mainly use and recommend Duncan McColl’s hypnosis mp3s which are self hypnosis. Recently though I listened to a meditation on acceptance which I really enjoyed and suggested that you neither suppress nor hang on to negative experiences, feelings, thoughts etc.
