Yes it did. I was out doing sporty doggy things in it all morning and it lasted far too long. I may not survive. I am going to bed with a hot drink!
Heh! I went out to do sedentary doggy things this afternoon and it was mostly melted (bar a few snowtorsos) but damn cold and blowing snowshards hither and yon.
